Day 1 - Saturday

Rhodes - Greece

Afternoon embarkation in port 15:00 to 16:30 hrs.. At 17:00 hrs. we sail for Symi.

Symi - Greece

Arr 19:00, Dept 0:00

In the evening, we reach the quaint port of Symi with its typical architecture and lively atmosphere.
Late at night we will sail north. Overnight at sea.


Day 2 - Sunday

Patmos - Greece

Arr 13:30

In the morning we will stop at an island for a short swim stop (weather permitting). Mid day we arrive at magnificent Patmos, the Island of St. John's exile.Your optional Patmos afternoon excursion includes two UNESCO World Heritage Sites, the Grotto and Monastery of St. John and the historic centre of the medieval town of Chora. Overnight in port.


Day 3 - Monday

Kusadasi - Turkey

The bustling port of Kusadasi is your gateway to Ephesus, one of the greatest classical sites of the Mediterranean. The white marble library, the marble theatre and the Roman baths will show the facets of Ancient Greek and Roman culture. Morning excursion to Ephesus. Overnight in port.


Day 4 - Tuesday

Early morning sailing to Didim.

Didim - Turkey

Didim, home of the antique city of Didyma was successively a Mycenaean, Cretan, Persian, Roman and Byzantine settlement. The optional excursions showcases the Oracle Shrine of Apollo and the Ancient city of Miletus once a powerful Ionian and is considered to have given birth to Western philosophy and to Thales in particular.
Overnight in port.


Day 5 - Wednesday

Didim - Turkey

We leave Didim in the early hours to sail to Bodrum.

Bodrum - Turkey

Today we reach Bodrum known in the Antiquity as Halicarnassus, the capital city of Caria Kingdom. Herodotus the father of History was born here. Centuries later the Knight of St. John took over the city and built St. Peter's Castle. Our optional excursion includes the Halicarnassus site, the castle and the Mausoleum, once one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
We leave Bodrum after dinner for a night sailing to Fethiye.


Day 6 - Thursday

Fethiye - Turkey

Arr 8:00

We arrive at Fethiye, known as Telmessos in ancient times. The city was very prominent and a centre of prophecy, pledged to Apollon. That the city life was rich and highly cultured during the Hellenistic and Roman periods is evident from the existing monuments. Today the majority of ancient ruins in Telmessos are rock-tombs, Lycian-type sarcophagi, the fortress and the Roman Theatre. Your morning excursion will also bring you to Pinara.

After lunch you will return to port and board the HALIS TEMEL to sail to the Cleopatra Sunken baths site.
After a last swim and farewell dinner, we sail to Marmaris.

Arrival late at night and overnight in port.


Day 7 - Friday

Time for an optional morning 1/2 day excursion and day at leisure to visit a local beach. In the afternoon we leave for Rhodes.

Rhodes - Greece

This evening we reach Rhodes, the city famous for its amazing fortified Old City, one of the best preserved Medieval settlement in Europe.
Overnight in Rhodos port.


Day 8 - Saturday

Rhodes - Greece

Disembarkation 9:00 to 10:00 hrs.

Itineraries can be changed at the discretion of Variety Cruises and of the Vessel's Captain in case of adverse weather conditions - winds of 6/7 beaufort or more depending on the vessel- on port authorities not allowing a vessel to leave port or in case of other extraordinary conditions. Such itinerary changes do not entitle automatically passengers to any refunds but Variety Cruises guarantees that passengers are disembarked at the advertised port of disembarkation on time for their flights.

The Motor Yacht Halis Temel

The Halis Temel, the latest addition to the Variety Cruises fleet is a wooden hull Motor yacht designed and built in Bodrum, Turkey. The 41 meter/135 feet elegant yacht started cruising the Aegean end August 2010 and was built to the standard of Lloyds Turkey, the first Turkish classified by this classification society.

Life on Board

Life on board centers around the Main deck with its beautifully arranged Restaurant and American Bar area featuring a glass enclosed show kitchen and even an Internet/Library Corner. Outdoor dining is also available at the shaded aft section. The Sun Deck features an oversized Jacuzzi, a beautifully decorated Bar and a generous area for sun bathing and relaxation. Guests of the HalisTemel will love the size of public areas and the beautiful views of the sea around them, wherever they are.

The Cabins

The Halis Temel cabins are all located on the Lower deck and are equipped with two large port holes in the bedroom area and one in the bathroom. Cabin sizes range from 14.5 to 18.5 m2 and are all finished with elegant, warm fabrics, wood trims and bright carpets.

6 cabins offer 2 twin beds which can be converted into a single king size bed and the remaining 6 with fix double beds. Standard cabin amenities include flat screen TV with satellite reception, mini fridges, hairdryers, safe deposit boxes. Air conditioning in cabins is controlled individually and bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins.
